How I did it: Sheer will power! Just made a decision to not consume unhealthy food. I would eat fast food about 4 times a week. With the job that i do its tough to eat smart at lunch. But i stopped eating fast food for a few reasons. One, it will help me lose weight (which is on my list)Two, it will help me save money, which will help me get outta debt, which i will then stop waisting money as well ( Both on my list)Three, its just a healthy thing to do.
