closer with my brother through some tough times, and I am extremely close with my husband’s mother, sister, and daughter. These people, other than my own children, are my family. I accept that, and I love that. It makes me feel good that they have accepted me as their family too. :)

How I did it: Believe it or not, I took my doctor's advice. I believed him when he said my headaches may be caused by something else, believed him when he said I was overweight, unhealthy, and needed to change that. It's time for me to grow up--I'm 30 years old, my hair is falling out, I AM OVERWEIGHT, riddled with headaches/migraines, and depression. Time to grow up. Time to grow up. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Pay what you can, when you can. Realize that you do not need a ton of money in your pocket to survive, and you can do it. We managed to pay off all our little bills that had piled up over the years, and we are down to just the mortgage and utilities. It feels great, and our credit scores are improving. How I did it: Decided I was finally financially stable enough to be able to afford the surgery and just went forward with it. It didn't help that I got a severe infection that really helped jumpstart the whole process either though. Overall, it took about a year and a half, but it was more than worth it to be able to smile with confidence again--wouldn't trade that feeling for anything in the world. Read how I did it…

In order for me to fix my credit, I have to apply for MORE credit, so, I’m not too awful concerned with this right now-I don’t need this to be fixed right now-will worry about it later.
I’ve only got a year and a half left! I cannot believe I have come this far. It’s scary, really, but I am really proud of myself, even if no one else seems to be (other than my husband). Sooooo close….
