I do something very similar – a two lines journal with my sister, where every day we just write two lines.

How I did it: I got a Mooncup from http://www.keeper.com/, and I don't know about comparisons to other brands but this one was relatively cheap with postage to Australia, and it works fine for me. There are many brands to choose from: Divacup, Femmecup, Instead, Keeper, Lady Cup, Lunette, Miacup, Mooncup (UK), Mooncup (Keeper).I decided to try a reusable menstrual cup for convenience and cost reasons (I don't need to buy pads or tampons for the next … Read how I did it…

I saved someone’s life on the weekend. It was someone across the other side of the world, planning their suicide for the following night. I urged anyone online from the US at the time to call the police. Eventually, someone was willing, and they found the girl before she did anything.
It’s ridiculously amazing to save someone’s life, and it gives you a new and fresh enthusiasm for your own life.
