The limitless possibilities of life render me awestruck in the dead of the night. Sleepless nights are breathless nights as I lay in one tiny section of the world- a mere dot resting upon the colorful map of the universe- grasping within my palms infinite routes to the vicissitudes of human existence.

How I did it: I think the biggest mistake people make when embarking on the journey to love themselves is interpreting "Love myself" to mean "Think I'm flawless!" Loving yourself isn't about not seeing flaws or even about confidence. It's about accepting yourself, the good and the bad, while respecting yourself enough to make choices in your best interest. The best way to go about doing this is to treat it like loving another person. One of the message… Read how I did it…
How I did it: In order to become more positive, one first must see the wrong in being a negative person. It's fact that almost everyone is attracted by optimism; a person who radiates positive energy instills hope and more passion for life within others. Truthfully though, it's scary to take the leap from a negative mindset to a positive mindset; after all, negativity is considered a "safe" route by many due to the fact that it makes you seemingly less… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I don't know if I would say that my stomach is completely flat, but for the first time in years I can look at it without feeling disgusted. Which I suppose was the underlying goal all along. Achieving this was simple, yet hard at the same time. I mostly just had to stop grazing the fridge every time boredom would strike, along with actually taking the time to exercise. Just a 20 minute walk or a leisurely bike ride makes a noticeable diff… Read how I did it…

Yes- I am exponentially late on this month’s bootcamp (as well as last month’s and the one before…) However, the time window to set a resolve into motion never closes! At the risk of emanating an air of self-deprecation, my being is but a canvas of flaws. Luckily, I possess total control over the fester or death of all bad habits, and I intend on honing time to my best advantage.
My list of habits to bust:
*Getting less than 8 hours of sleep per night
*Picking my skin (still)
*Complaining
*Taking too long to answer calls and text messages
*Allowing my room to overflow with clothes and garbage
*Not writing every day
*Forgetting to moisturize my skin daily
*Losing track of important items, such as my work uniform
*Foolishly comparing myself to others
*Speaking negatively about others
