How I did it: I went thru the early documentation, read Payette's book, started using it for simple commands, then for scripts. Then actually finding some serious usage for it, and for writing a real program with it: http://www.muscetta.com/2008/12/30/early-adoptions-health-checks-and-new-year-rants/ Read how I did it…
I am able to pull people’s data with RSS, but at first I wanted to do yet another copycat application, like the ones I did for 43places
(http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=2911759627)
and 43things (http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=2849529788), using the web service.
Unfortunately I cannot find te allconsuming.net web service

Again, I could use the RSS feed but it is not quite the same…
