Tomorrow I am signing up for the FlyLady. Even though I already know i am doomed to failure with her system as I forget to check my email on a regular basis, I dont do well with seriously structed systems like this one, hell i dont even put my shoes on most days. But I am going to try very hard to at least minimise the clutter and confusion around here. I just cant take not being able to get into my closet and find a decent pair of pants because I am too dang short to reach over the piles of junt that have landed in front of it. Never mind that I am living in too small of a house for the amount of crap I have accumulated. Never mind that I have a fear of letting go of any of it as I cant stand the thought of losing my stuff again. Once upon a time I lost everything I owned except what i could fit in the back of a pickup along with 2 dogs 2 cats, 3 kids and a deadbeat (now ex) husband who wouldnt work and got us kicked out of our house on Easter. Then he decided we didnt need even more of the stuff so he threw a bunch of it away. And no good people, as a “properly obedient and submissive Christian wife” I allowed him to tell me that I couldnt work either and had no clue how bad it was until it was the worst. So with that said… I have issue with letting go of my things, even if they serve no purpose in my life now. Its still MY stuff. Does that make sense?

While at the moment coughing up the $75K it would cost to get this done is not realistic for me, I am still taking classes that I hope will one day help me get this clinic going. Right now I am studying 2 different aromatherapy classes, 3 different Herbalism clases, and Feng Shui. i am also reading the Complete Idiots Guide to Overcoming Procrastination, The Complete Idiots Guide to Reinventing Yourself, The Complete Idiots Guide to Managing Your Time, AND last but not least, The Complete Idiots Guide to Reaching Your Goals. I kid you not. Hopefully the simple language will help my tired brain figure out how to get the degrees I want so I can finally get the clinic opened before I am too old and feeble to see across the room much less see clients.
Grrrrrr.. why is that even with the patch my hubby and I just cant seem to quit. Granted we have only been on the patch for a week but you would think there would be some sort of improvement by now.
