Well it’s been a few weeks and Im a actually doing rather well at this! It helps a lot that it is summer here in London and the sun is already shining through my window often waking me before my alarm goes off!
Other things that have helped:
using my iPhone as an alarm- I pick a power tune to wake me up! Right now I am alternating between 50 cent in da club and your the best from the karate kid movie!
- my other goals of achieving the splits and getting good abs- this means stretching every morning and sit ups every other morning so I am forced to get up or else I don’t have time before work. My progress at that is a motivation. So my top tips have something to get up for and have a pumping wake up tune on your alarm !

Looking at all the entries, I think the majority of people must suffer from this. Everyone is neurotic to a degree. And the people you look up to, like rock stars, are more neurotic than any of us because they have a constant need for validation from their fans. That said there have a been a few individuals that didn’t give too hoots about what people thought of them, and rolled on through life like a steam roller.
I just put this one on here because probably should not give a f about what certain people think. The only people people who matter are your family, your close friends and the person you are working for (boss, client). Easier said than done I know!

Shouldn’t be too hard… Typically I will eat in a day
1 banana or two satsumas (1 portion)
a glass of orange juice or a smoothie (1 portion)
3 heaped tablespoons of cooked vegetables eg carrots, peas (1 portion)
or a side salad (1 portion) with my main dinner.
So that’s 3.
For lunch I usually have a sandwich with salad in it (probably half a portion).
I also sometimes munch on this cranberry and macademia nut mix (1 portion) I like.
So the above would be a ‘good’ day which I think would add up to 4.5 portions.
Hmmm. Perhaps a bit more difficult than I thought!
