Jogging

It has been 5 weeks sinds I started jogging. First slowly, now i’m running for 23 min.

Three times a week (or 2 when instead I go badmintoning like today).

It is incredible! I feel full of energy. My mind is focussed. But most of all: I feel stronger and it is addictive.

It is great.

I thought it would take me a lot of time, and maybe it did. I’m glad for my achievement! I can now enjoy life more. It feels great!

Difficult

This objective seems really difficult. I usually trust the wrong kind of people. And get hurt. I difficult not to care.
