How I did it: I want to change my diet to something healthier, and I always thought that Onigiri were cute. I had never had them though, so I decided to make my own. I made my rice in the microwave by using 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water in a large microwavable container. I heated it on high for 5 minutes and on setting 5 for 20 minutes.
