slow start...
12 months ago
I started writing at midnight last night and finished 1,050 words. Since then throughout the day on Saturday I only finished another 250 words. I just don’t feel good physically right now. Extremely tight muscles in my back and tension headaches for about a week now that just won’t go away. So I’m hoping that a good nights sleep, starting now will help me recover a bit and get feeling better for better days writing ahead. Would be wonderful to make this my second year to finish the goal.

Yoga not only improves one’s physical posture, the spiritual practice of yoga also improves one’s mental and spiritual posture. Find a master/teacher to study under for the best results.
