I used to meditate daily. It seems like I fell into a depression and I found it difficult to sit daily. Now I meditate every now and then. I really need to get back on track because I feel so much more grounded and in the moment when I meditate. Mindfulness is a necessity for me so I need to get move forward with this.

How I did it: I had been avoiding going to the dentist for MANY years. Part of it was a little fear and part of it was becoming a mother and putting my needs after my children's. What helped me to move forward with this was making it a goal here and setting those reminders. It was in my face and I couldn't push it in the background. I asked my friends for referrals if they liked their dentist. I decided to go with one in my area and in an area that I f… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I keep procrasting about doing this. I read postsecret every week but I couldn't find a secret i wanted to share. Well, I had a few but I wasn't sure how to share them. I bought a postcard for it about 4 months ago and let it sit on my shelf. A few days ago I decided it was time so I printed out the pictures I wanted to use. I went to my private space and pulled out my markers and and wrote my secret and glued the picture to the postcard.… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I got rid of things I no longer wore, cleaned out and threw away old papers, etc and purchased inexpensive items so everything had a place. I read a few articles and I shopped around to find the right storage items to fit my small closet. Read how I did it…

I’m not that nervous since I am only having a routine cleaning. But I have not visited a dentist in many many years. My only excuse is having children and not taking care of myself like I should. Before children I got my teeth cleaned at least once per year.
I think I may have cavities! That I am nervous about because I don’t like the way the numbing stuff makes my mouth feel. But I am going to do like another person and try to get everything done asap rather than put it off. If I’m lucky I won’t have cavities. :)
I homeschool now but I would like for my daughters to go to traditional school for highschool (maybe). I am particular about what goes into my children’s minds so this school would have to be on it!
