Well, we opted to go parasailing last year instead of kayaking. It was tremendous fun and no regrets. Now I have an opportunity to go kayaking every day during my lunch hour, and I will do just that….as soon as the weather warms up. I work on the beach and have a truck and a kayak, and when the sun shines I will be on the water.

Well, I am actually making more money now than I ever have in my life. A college education will do that for you . But with three kids, two in college, one getting married this summer, there is never enough money to do all the things I want to do. I am thankful though that there is enough to cover our needs and most of our wants. That was not always the case, so now I am extremely grateful.
It only took me 48 years to do it! I graduated from University of North Carolina at Wilmington, on May 12, 2007. Almost 30 years after I started college right out of high school. I am very happy to say that both my parents are still alive, and although they did not make the graduation because it was very far to drive, they did make it to the party a month later when my daughter graduated from high school and we had a joint party.
