Loose weight and feel good

This is more than an image thing…holy cow, I am a cow! Truely, I am worried about my health. No problems yet, but why sit on my fluffy behind and wait for diabetes, heart problems, high cholesteral to come and get me?? Time to get up and run from those scary health problems and loose about 60 pounds. And, ok, a size 8 would sure feel good…
