Train harder to be better at Roller Derby
Level 1 Benchmarks: Complete 12 months ago

I have been going to almost every practice.
We had our WFTDA Benchmarks test this past week. We did all the level one testing and I am pretty sure I passed them all. I think that by going to the Gym 5-6 times a week has really helped me improve my cardio and thus improve my skating and stamina
