How I did it: I stopped drinking pop for health reasons, they were just too high in sugar and too many empty calories for me to keep drinking it. How I did it: It was tough to finally convince my local paper to let me freelance. I have to go to a play and write a review and then interview a director and a few actors in order to write a preview of another play. They had to see if they liked my writing style I guess. How I did it: It was really hard to do and I would not recommend doing it by yourself. It took me a long time to cut it out right and to measure it. I have been going to almost every practice.
We had our WFTDA Benchmarks test this past week. We did all the level one testing and I am pretty sure I passed them all. I think that by going to the Gym 5-6 times a week has really helped me improve my cardio and thus improve my skating and stamina
