I’m not unfit but I do wish to be more fit and healthy – am 26 and not going to be youthful forever so I want to make the very best of it now. Am also getting hitched in 10 months and want to look so v hot for himself :) So this last month I’ve ditched the tube and taken to speed walking to work every morn 35 mins each way morning and evening which is fine as long as I have tunes in my ears to keep me buzzing! My buddy and I have also taken up the very fun(and tough!) sport of skipping! We live city centre so we skip on her roof terrace every evening this last month for 20-30 mins. We have the knack of it now, its great! So I’ve found 2 ways of keeping fit and both cheap alternatives, happy dayz.
I can’t believe I haven’t considered this before!!! It makes so much sense now! Today is amazing, am v excited! I’m 26 and work in furniture design – got my degree in interior & furniture a few years ago and it’s been great but I’ve never felt satisfied working in this field,(its very superficial!). I attended art school before this and recently started drawing and doing artwork to relieve what comes naturally. This has brought back all the memories of how much I adore art in all forms. People always tell me how I should work in nursing or teaching because I love to look after people. I’ve just done some research and hopefully will be able to start a foundation course in January with a look to start an MA in Art therapy next year. I can’t wait!!
