I have road bike, and I have Tri bars but i want a specific tri bike for doing Ironman this summer and doing time trials with the local cycling club. I also need bigger lungs and oddly like the tin man I need a heart.

I drove a manual for 6 years, but now i drive an automatic. Every once in a while i try a change gear and brake really hard and nearly crash. damn clutches.
