Read two books this month.
Yeah, there's a plan 2 years ago

First one book, then two, then three, then four?

I dunno. I was able to do one pretty easily. Now I just need to do two. The hard part will be that February is a short month. Getting started this first week will be tough because I have tons going on. I may even fudge a little and restart a book that I’ve already partially read.

A little after the deadline but done all the same 2 years ago

The bad news is that the month was January and I just finished the book today – February 2nd. Okay, I finished it at lunch, so I’m only 36 hours late – not too bad.

Of course, I didn’t start January 1st. Also, I finished the main part of the book a week or so ago and was just going through the extra bits in the back. So, onwards to two books in one month!

The calendars good, but you need a source of paper. 2 years ago

I like the calendar, though some of the patterns aren’t strictly oragami (scissors == no no). However, I’ve mastered a tato and the snake and I’m working on the panda and the peace dove among others.

The biggest problem is finding good paper for folding. I bought some origami paper, but it’s rather expensive just for mangling something on your first try. The calendar paper is kinda glossy – also, if you fold up a date, you can’t see the pattern on it anymore. Then the calendar had a “weekend” page on how to make letter size paper into a square. Holy cow! I now have a limitless supply of practice paper on my desk at work. I also like having a larger piece of paper for practice (8 1/2” square) before I mangle some pretty colored origami paper. However, the origami paper looks best.
