Although the losing weight bit is appealing, I’m more interested in getting healthy. I’ve just done almost a complete turn around, from being an alcoholic, burn out, smoker to only having the occasional drag and drink here and there. NOTHING compared to what I used to do. I have noticed myself becoming a lot more “real” and less “eh….who cares…errhhmm….what?”
Anyways, that has caused me to eat a lot more since there are less other vices to grip onto, and I haven’t been eating very healthy!
I plan on starting the Master Cleanse on Wednesday the 16th or Thursday the 17th so I dont have to be in school for what I’ve heard is the worst days, 4 and 5. School makes me ferociously hungry for some reason. I also have to cut down on the coffee, I’m up to about 3 cups a day.
Another reason I’m doing this is because I feel very unhealthy, just overall. And I’m always tired. Even between the 3 cups of coffee and the multiple naps I take throughout the day. That makes it tolerable, I guess. You should see me without all of that. I become slightly delirious. (Slightly is an understatement)
