If I start thinking about it too deeply I get consumed with a fear unlike any other that makes it difficult to breath, so then I just distract myself really quickly with something trivial.
One method I’ve started in the past couple days for studying is to work for 25-28 minutes and then brake for 2-3 minutes. I even have a timer (i’m such a nerd!). I once read that this was the ideal way to learn for long stretches of time, at the time I thought it was ridiculous, but perhaps not…
