Gain muscle, weigh 180 pounds

As of now Sunday 20th September 2009 I am 6ft and weigh 170 pounds. I have been back weightlifting for a couple weeks now. I am just eating what I can daily at the momment untill I get a new job. Then I will progress on to eating 1 gram of protein & Carbs per pound of body weigh, with help with protein/weight gainer shake.

I have been training 6 days a week, working on one body part aday for example – Monday;chest, Tuesday;Back, Wednesday;Legs, Thursday;Shoulders, Friday;Triceps, Saturday;Biceps.

2 warms up sets, 4 working sets. 6-8 rep range.

Im 6ft and around 180-182 Pounds at the moment, and Im eating 5 meals a day for my weight training with two weight gainer shakes, Which equals to 3500 kcals daily, and around 200grams of protein daily. Weight training 3 times a week, Mon-Wed-Friday, Concentraining on 5-6 Reps, heavy Compounds.

Main reason being I was ill a week before and over xmas/new year, which I lost weight + Muslce because I couldnt eat or train and want to get it back!

Splits progress 23 months ago

Ive started my daily stretching, for my target of being able to do the side splits.

Stretch before weight training and after + on non training days. And using splits machine to help with further progress.
