How I did it: Yes, Ive done it! It took a plane, a ferry, a bus, and a taxi, but I made it to their concert in Coquitlam, BC last year. And thanks to my clever "kiss me Kate" sign, Kate Pierson herself bestowed upon me a kiss! Could this have turned out any better!   Read how I did it…

Anyone who has a mitochodria should add this to their favorites list. Proton concentration gradients turning a “turbine” to work a machine that constucts usable potential energy packets for the body! Cooooool. Many thanks to our cellular ancestors for adopting this nifty piece of micro bioengineering!

Mission: to obtain an autograph from Robert Picardo, Voyager’s holographic doctor. One for me, one for Mandi.
I had to embrace my inner nerd and seek him out through all the nerds at the Calgary Comic-con. The photo ops were endless… mostly storm troopers and jedi kids… but nothing compares to the joy this picture gives me.
Mission accomplished… And I ended up with 4 TNG action figures… the same ones I had when I was a kid!
