I’ve put my FlyLady routines in an Excel file and created a colum for checking off tasks as done. It is a paperless system that can be easily tweaked as needed. Just passing along the tip for others who have trouble following the plan. I’m thinking menus may join the task soon. Has anyone else tried combining them?

I’m setting this up as a weekly reminder so the cars will get cleaned more often.
Hope this will motivate me

I was badly injured in a head-on crash with a kid on drugs in August, 2004. My right leg is permanently damaged. I need to do a workout that takes about 60 – 70 minutes three times a week to maintain my ability to walk and to hopeful walk without a cane one day. I also need to strengthen the leg for the hiking season – I hike using two canes and carrying a lot less than I used to and not going nearly as far.
