How I did it: I just tried a few different books that I wouldn't normally have looked at. Usually based on best seller lists or friends recommendations.Ended up over the course of a year going from 90$ Chick Lit to trying biographies, classics, thrillers, mystery, fantasy / sci fi... and still a few Chick Lit in there too. How I did it: To start with I thought I was going to really struggle. I didn't want to just pick silly fluffy things - like 100 different types of food (even if they would have been valid happiness making things) I got to about 30 and was finding it difficult to get much further. Constant infuriating work in progress. 4-5 gym sessions a week, and the weight hasn’t moved in 6 months. So trying the portion control and food diary now. Dinner on a sandwich plate, let’s see how long that lasts!
