I bought some running shoes today!! Woo hoo! Hopefully I can start up running like I used to. Today I went running in my old shoes and my knee hurts so bad. Ahhh! I hope to run/walk atleast 4 times a week! Anyone else?

Well I put this goal as one of my 43 things, knowing good and well I would probably do NOTHING about it!! Hehe, except today I came across some DJ schools in Los Angeles. I was considering enrolling so atleast I could say, “Hey I tried,” or, “wow I have a knack for this.” Who knows! Has anyone heard anything positive/negative about DJ schools?

About to embark on day 5!! 3 years ago

Today I actually did somewhat of a workout and I’ve been feeling relatively energized. I drank two tea bags instead of one at night and it seemed to do the trick. I find it funny how I am actually excited to see what craziness drops out of my body as I turn around to flush (gross I know, but I’m sure you are interested too =)). Haven’t seen much of a weight loss but hopefully that will come soon. The entire house smelled like buttered popcorn for a good 2 hours and it didn’t trigger a single craving. The only one I had was just now from my mom SLURPING coffee out of a Starbucks cup. Yummm.

I’ve noticed that I am more likely to trigger a BM if I chug a water after I drink my tea at night! Tonight I chugged two and had to use the restroom four times, ugh, or maybe more.

From reading many of the bulletin boards, I noticed that many people start to get feelings of superiority for not eating and looking oddly at others for doing so! I must say I was guilty of these feelings as my mom scarfed down two hot pockets and a tub of popcorn. This really is doing something HUGE to my mentality. I’m not sure if feeling powerful for not eating is a good thing, but I suppose feeling adverse to overeating/unhealthy foods is a plus.
