Update! :)

Today, I am a normal bmi. It’s great. It’s exciting!

Since january, I’ve lost 56!!! pounds. I have only 14 left!

Let me offer you this as your motivation: There is NO motivation that is just gonna show up and get you off your butt one day. Don’t wait around for it, cause it’s not gonna come. You need to create your own motivation. Get up. Even if you’re sore from the day before. Get up. Don’t just do your workout and then crash and be a vegetable the rest of the day. You have to live an active LIFESTYLE. Not just an active hour everyday. Get to the point where you’re moving so much during the day, If you took the week off on your workout, you’d still maintain.

I wish everyone the best… You CAN!!!! Do it. no questions.

Now… My dilemma is that I need to get my body fat % down… even after I lose these last 14 pounds.

I did it!!

After working my butt off my freshman year, I finished with an A average for the year!!!!! I was always a person who was “naturally smart”. I never needed to study for tests, I just got it. I had to change that for this class. I studied, asked questions, and made sure my homework was DONE before I left home. Good luck everyone! It is possible!

20 Down!

Today I hit the 20 pounds lost mark! I’m amazingly excited, but am trying to keep it in check, cause I know i’ve come a long way, but I still have quite a ways to go!

My plans from here are to lose about another 20 lbs. or so, and head on back to where it all started about 5 years ago, Weight Watchers! I HIGHLY recommend going to their program, as they don’t only teach yyou and support you while losing weight, they show you how to change your whole lifestyle to keep it off. Trust me, you won’t regret it.

And here is where I offer my #1 words of wisdom about weight loss… DO NOT STOP! This is my third try to lose weight, and each time I stop, I come back heavier, with a bigger task ahead of me. No matter how far you get off track, GET BACK ON!

If anyone has questions, feel free to comment on this, and i’ll answer them as best I can.
