Dammit, I have just accidentally deleted a very long and very introspective entry. Screw it, will just jump straight to the detail.
1. Be free from cigarettes for another 7 days (Days 115 – 121)
Self-explanatory really. How will I know I’ve done this? I won’t have bought/smoked a cigarette all week. I want to keep this as the most important goal that I have.
2. Continue to follow ICMYT for another 7 days (Days 57 – 63)
This is my weight loss programme. I have done eight weeks now, and I want to commit doing another week. This is my ongoing commitment, like quitting smoking, that has to be consciously THERE throughout the week.
3. Follow a bed time routine
Okay, this one is very embarrassing. I tend to stay up too late and then just crash out, occasionally without taking off my make-up and brushing my teeth (blech!). So this is a very silly goal, which actually makes me feel awfully happy when I do it! How will I know I have done it? When I have managed to do it for 21 days in a row.
4. Stay hydrated – drink a minimum of 2 litres a day
I’ve had this as a resolution for years, and I find it hard to do consistently. I want to get this one as a habit for loads of reasons, the main one being that it will assist me with my weight loss. As with above, I want to do it for 21 days in a row.
5. No MSN at work
Yeah, this is tied up with TC. So not much detail, but one that I want to do this week. 5 days in a row will mark this as done.
I have other stuff that I want to do, but I like having headline goals for the week.

I’m going to really go to town on pampering myself this morning:
• Pluck eyebrows
• De-fur: too much information, but you get the drift, lol
• Honey face mask
• Dry body brush
• Exfoliating body scrub
• Ped-egg on feet
• Coconut oil on hair to deep condition it
• Moisturise all over – slather it on
I was looking at pics of myself the other day, and I really do have nice skin. It kind of gleams and glows, it’s nice, considering my vast age (40). I think it’s because I’ve looked after it for years and years, and the pay-off is wonderful. I think it doesn’t really matter what you do to yourself in terms of treatments, so long as you do it regularly. I don’t know, but anyway, pampering session this morning, which will make me feel nice all week.
