There has been a lot of stress and frustation on the job latley. Instead of letting these bad feelings dwell, I spoke about them with my supervisor. That seemed to ease some of the pent up frustation.

I find myself often being overwhelmed with stress at work. I need to learn how to stop and do what I can do without worrying about what I cannot do.
