EEEH!! With a full teaching load, research grants, family…its hard to get that first publication together. Unlike some I have difficulty shutting people out to get it done. I hope the work is acceptable. It will be a major accomplishment for me.

Every other day walking with Ms. Dixon is a treat. With a partner I’ve become more determined. Up, down and around the UC is safer than around the campus, not safe from attack but safe from the heat! Don’t mind the sun but would rather not go to lecture dripping wet! Encouragement anyone!

Now that registration is over, students are settled in and I have more work to do. Research, 4 lab sections and a lecture…university, community and family service…it doesn’t stop. Someone buy me a drink!
