Many people are very compassionate and understanding about others, but are quite harsh with themselves. I have found that this is a problem with pride – because they consider themselves to be a “special case” – as if the rules and principles they apply to others don’t apply to them. Forgive others, and forgive yourself – you’re doing OK!

I’m a clinical psychologist turned life coach, and I just started a podcast last summer called “Live on Purpose” which can be found at www.liveonpurposeradio.com. I love doing this, and have met and interviewed some amazing and inspiring people. I’m loving my life more and more as I learn how to live on purpose, and to help others to live on purpose!

I have developed a way to live on purpose through hosting a podcast called “Live On Purpose” which can be found at www.liveonpurposeradio.com. I like the double meaning of that phrase, that you figure out what your purpose is in life, and that you do it intentionally. Live on purpose everyone!
