Okay, So two weeks ago, I dragged myself out the house and worked on run 1 minute walk 6 minutes. I did this four times a night, three nights in the week, and didn’t think I was getting anywhere.
Last week, I found C25K on Iphone Apps. O M G I went out on Monday, 1 minute 1.5 minutes, x 8. I did it. I was about blue in the face, but I did complete. Back out on Wednesday and then Friday. I wasn’t sure that it was getting better, but I kept at it.
I went out again on Sunday night, decided that I would walk, because I had just ate… I thought I might explode. But hey… the little bell rung, and off I went…. and completed the 8 circuits of 1×1.5 Way Hay.. I’ll do week one all this week, and then move to week two next week, once I’m sure I’m up and running.
