I used to do this and much more. It is easy after you start doing it daily. But it is just as easy to get away from doing so also.

I will pick two healthier things to eat everyday for a week. I know it is a small start but it is a start~
I do not live in a “regular” neighborhood. I live in the mountains and do not have a so called regular yard with a lawn and such. But I do have some landscaping that is well….in bad shape right now since my hubby has become disabled.
This goal will take a while since it is winter right now.
