I used to do this and much more. It is easy after you start doing it daily. But it is just as easy to get away from doing so also.

I will pick two healthier things to eat everyday for a week. I know it is a small start but it is a start~
I do not live in a “regular” neighborhood. I live in the mountains and do not have a so called regular yard with a lawn and such. But I do have some landscaping that is well….in bad shape right now since my hubby has become disabled.
This goal will take a while since it is winter right now.
I know how to make pasta and do when I make lasagna and tortellini but I want to be able to make it for many different dishes and just simply on its own with an garlic and oil sauce.
I can crochet fairly well. I have crocheted many things in the past. The only problem I have is keeping the guage right when it comes to clothing type things. I have gotten away from crocheting as well as other crafts for quite some time.
My goal is to find a project and finish it soon.
I know the bare essentials of knitting and have made some very basic things (scarf, hat, stuffed animal, washcloth) in the past. I have some yarn and lot of needles and will find a project to do and finish it.
As a Christian of course I don’t practice the “spiritual” side of yoga. I had done yoga for a while a few years ago and in a short time got pretty good at it. I did enjoy it.
Then I had a year long bout with Sciatica. Pain daily beyond belief.
I will do this goal for a month. Practice yoga daily even though my flare up with Sciatic has been around for a few months. Praise the Lord it is nothing compared to what it was like a few years ago!!!
I will let my body tell me what poses and the time each day I will spend doing yoga daily.
... Knowing and meditating upon God’s word is told to us many times in Scripture especially in the Psalms.
I will be memorizing in the ESV translation. I love the KJV the best but the ESV is much more easily shared with others and is very accurate. I received a new ESV study Bible for Christmas, thanks to my hubby.
11 Chapters a day. I was going to have the goal of reading it in 3 months, 14 chapters a day, but decided to take some extra time so not to rush it.
