I have talked to my two boys and they are excited, as am I. I think that they are sceptical, but that is to be expected. I’m just glad that we are speeking again

I have been a rider for many years. I also did bike messenger for 2 yrs. I have read several books on training. I ride about 100 ml’s a week. But I am not mentally ready to do it yet.
