Started working out a week ago.. now just to cut down on 300 calories a day.

Wow! Well, It’s been about a month,
Since the summer, I went from 160lbs to about 145lbs- ish
So, I’m doing pretty good.
Plus the volleyball practices and tournaments have really tooken a toll on my overall heath now.
I am extremely cleaning my basement now, So then I’ll have it to workout in.
I want to go from 145lbs to 110lbs or so,
Plus get rid of the stretch marks on my thighs.
Anyhow.. My goal date is still to loose about 5lbs a month and that will lead me to about may- the time to start shopping for summer!
No time to excersize, Goal time running out.
Changing up my eating habits and my excersize routine. No more just running. Full Weight training And cardio. All winter.
New goal date: January 1st. Want to start off 2009 on a good foot.
