Okay, 4 weeks in and not missed training yet. Training program steps up after week 5. Really quite enjoying it and definitely feel much fitter now than I did 4 weeks ago.

Well, finally got there in the end and was passed and was not as bad as I thought. I think when you build up to something over a long time things go through your head maybe just a little too much.
I should really know better that it usually is all in the mind.
So, from here, my options are greater than they were on the 15th of July and that alone is such a good feeling in itself.
