so i rented one of jillian michaels workout dvd’s and i really loved it! it was tough! but definetly felt great.
it’s defo the best home workout i’ve done.
as a result i went on play.com last night and ordered a copy for myself.

I don’t know exactly when it happened but a few weeks ago I felt quite chubby. I hadn’t outgrown my clothes or put on weight, I think- I don’t have any scales, but just felt bigger. So I started running again and was feeling much better. It must have been ‘cos I’d been lazy so being more active made me feel better.
But then yesterday I noticed I actually am chubbier. My jeans were feeling a little tighter and I’m getting a muffin top! Thankfuly I’ve noticed before it’s gotten to a serious level. So I’m going to get back into my good habits.
Drinking lots of water; Run at least 3 times a week; look at my diet
