pout 4 years ago

i threw my back out doing bellydance to a tape and the workship I registered for was postponed for a weekend I can not attend. pout.

I’m going to find another class -but first I think I’ll see a Dr. I’ve had lower back pain for 2 weeks straight -I don’t want an excuse not to exercise

express more grattitude
gratitude 4 years ago

I would like to be more grateful, improve my outlook on life. I worked in a recover center and we taught our clients to do a dailiy gratitude list. They had to think of at least 5 things for which they were grateful each day. They could be repeats, but were encouraged to add new things on occastion.

I need to do this in my life. In fact - I think I am going to post them in my house and my office. My husband and I need to see them when things get crazy

Get organized
get a handle on my ADD tendencies 4 years ago

I’m impulsive so I tend to drift from task to task. then I have piles of unfinished tasks lying about – and I’m aweful at cleaning, organizing and such. It just seems daunting – overwhelming.

still – it’s a goal. I have discivered those plastic rubbermaid (we buy the cheaper target version) crates are great for out of season clothes & for balls of yarn not currently occupied with a knitting project – I’ve yet to figure out though how to make them work for all of the paper I keep.
