Do only what you need to and no more, focus on today and just do it even if all you do is go in and sit on your stationary bike for 15 min, even if all you do is change into your workout cloths, even if all you do is get up a little early and stand in the same room as your weight set, you are one step closer to your goal then you were yesterday. I spent many mornings doing nothing more then holding down the stationary bike before I got frustrated enough to start working out. Now, with over a year of consistency behind me, I would not change for anything. If it was easy you would already be doing it. If it was easy it would not be worth talking about.
Dont worry, with time it may not get easy, but it does become second nature.

Consistency is king
I set this goal in January 2003 and it took me till August 2003 to achieve it with consistency. I have stuck with my schedule (45min-1hour in the morning and the same at night 6days/week) since then. Very worthwhile! I have lost 45lb and feel better then I ever have in my life. I must admit that I do start getting tired toward the end of the week, but now on Friday I am not just a Zombie. I am a fit, trim, and good-looking Zombie.

I started lifting weights again around August 2003. (Since then I have lost 45lb!!!) Today I can bench 140lb and expect to be able to lift about 180-200 by summer.
Lets see how I do. . ..
