Feeling bloated and gross. I’ve been doing a lot of muscle molding activity that is increasing my tone and strength but not enough cardio to make up for stuffing my face. Result = up 4 lbs! Time to get conscious again, and comfort myself with things outside of food….

How I did it: Turns my PCP was able to do it. I've known her for years and have a fairly high regard for her and comfort level in her presence. Called up, made the appointment, and went. Talked (mostly about other things) catching up on life a bit while she did what needed to be done. I definitely think that most of the fuss is in your own mind. Wore them out to dinner and to the bookstore on saturday night… caught the eye of an incredible man who after striking up conversation with me asked me out… :)
Mini high intensity relationship with five dates in the space of a week… the most fun was hiking around town, including lentil doofers in the Rose Garden. Need to reconnect with some of the new friends that I’ve inadvertantly put on hold.
