Slipped 2 weeks ago

Feeling bloated and gross. I’ve been doing a lot of muscle molding activity that is increasing my tone and strength but not enough cardio to make up for stuffing my face. Result = up 4 lbs! Time to get conscious again, and comfort myself with things outside of food….



Find an occassion to wear my opal set and do so :) (read all 4 entries…)
The earrings 3 weeks ago

Wore them out to dinner and to the bookstore on saturday night… caught the eye of an incredible man who after striking up conversation with me asked me out… :)

Spark, flash, poof... 3 weeks ago

Mini high intensity relationship with five dates in the space of a week… the most fun was hiking around town, including lentil doofers in the Rose Garden. Need to reconnect with some of the new friends that I’ve inadvertantly put on hold.
