At the moment I am at the point in my life where I feel that nothing is going the way I want it to. If I can achieve this goal then I would feel more confident and then able to achieve all my other goals. So I am going to start from now.
At the moment I have this bulge that just won’t leave and so my waist is like 36 inches or sometimes 34. Which I doubt is healthy.
Well actually a week ago I made up my mind to start jogging. I’ve only just realised how unfit I am as I can just about walk the distance let alone jog it. It’s only been a week but I defintly feel better.
