study the History of Freedom: finish a college course on it before I graduate high school

I really would like to finish this course before January. It has been on my goal list entirely too long. It is time to create the space to finish this class and to have the time to do it together with my family.

work at a restaurant in a big city's Little Italy or in an authentic Italian restaurant for at least a school season

I'm running out of school seasons... 11 months ago

I am going to shift this goal to spending some time in an Italian kitchen with real chefs and possibly do some more catering projects with local genuine Italian restaurants (not Americanized versions). Fortunately, I have spent a lot of time in Little Italy. The Italian Consulate is supposed to be an amazing chef himself, and he’s said that he’d be delighted to have my help in the kitchen some night for a private party, so I’m going to let my goal shift to watching him cook at home and letting me help as a sous chef there. I don’t think thins one needs to be on my list… it is something I just expect will happen naturally.
