Accepting fibromyalgia is similar to coping with the death of a loved one. It starts with denial. As happy as we were to get a diagnosis at last, we start thinking that maybe it´s wrong. This can´t be the way it´s going to be from now on! We all go through it – although not everyone’s experience is identical. But we need to move forward, accept what is there and then take positive actions to make it better.

I believe this kind of love is borderline Dangerous…
Besides, it only looks & feels good in the movies…!
Like “Age of Innocence”.... love…!
I’ve been eating healthier for almost 2-1/2 months (notice, I didn’t call it a “diet”...!) and I’ve lost 10 lbs., but more importantly I feel a lot better both physically & emotionally…
As a female who used to smoke, eat a LOT of junk and never get enough rest, I came to the realization how important my health really is when I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.
Today, I’m no longer a smoker, I drink plenty of water (quit sodas!!!), get lots of rest and in addition to eating Quality Foods I also take vitamins especially Calcium for my bones!
You don’t have to starve yourself and you don’t have to pay a bunch of money to get someone else to make you follow a healthy diet!
The best advice I have for anyone wanting to improve their eating habits is, COOK YOUR OWN FOODS!!!
Don’t buy ready-made food; No canned foods; no fast foods; no deep fried foods; no tv dinners.
If it comes in a tin, don’t eat it---the amount of sodium & preservatives in canned food is not worth eating and the nutrients are so degraded they are nearly non-existent!
Learn to EAT FRESH and learn to cook! You will save money & your health!
