With all the temptations to eat unhealthy on a daily basis I would like to avoid these temptations (fast food, snacks, etc.)and like to stick to eating whole foods. fresh vegetables, more fruit, meats etc. I realize sticking with this goal is not going to be the easiest as I am typically out and about, however I will allow myself one cheat meal once a week and try to make better choices when eating out.

Well, I used to be very active and exercised regularly, however, for the past two years I have been extremely busy with work and school. I really enjoyed exercising though and would love to get back into it. Ive started this week and so far have gone three times (including today).
