2 week weigh In and Ive lost 3 more lbs. Not as much as I would like but hey can’t complain.



Start School again in the Spring Semester

Found out that ITT Tech has a AAS Paralegal program. I’m really interested. You only take one class at a time and it seems like its a program that will help me easy my way back into school.

Pacing myself 1 month ago

I’m starting off slow so I wont burn out. Haven’t been doing much exercising besides Belly Dancing and Using the stairs at work. I have also started using hand weights and doing sit ups 3x a week.

This week I plan on uping my game and really starting a workout plan so I can meet my winter goal and then hopefully by Summer I can meet my ultimate goal.
