So the goal, as I’ve interpreted it, is to write every weekday for a month. I don’t need any excuse to be on my computer on the weekends.
My official month started October 16th. I’m still going at one post a day. Yea me!

First, I cleaned out all the useless stuff and split my media, which is essentially backed up to my iPod, from my other documents. I then made it a priority to go to Fry’s, buy a hard drive enclosure, hook up an old drive from an old computer and use the backup software that came with Windows XP to backup my documents folder to the hard drive. Now I just need to get on a schedule to do this every week.
