i simply got rid of as much as possible the things in my life that made me feel shit.
My ex Bf gone! :D
Snacking+Eating gone! :D
Being lazy gone! :D
Being down about my appearance gone! :D no people cant help but comment how beautiful i look because i wear an extra accesorie! A SMILE
i found that someone smiling is more likely to catch someones eye and look better than a frown or tears!
Now i have the guy i want who’s amazing, guys after me, happy with my thin figure..ish!
and now im getting alot more stuff that i wanted to do done!

how i keep letting myself down, i’m trying to find a way to become who i want to but i just dont put my heart into it, and it leaves me feeling like poo!
i can easily do things to change this but i’m finding myself to be more idle than i thought :/ anyone help me with this please?
