Thank goodness for my wonderful iris’s. After being sick most of the summer I am now finally getting back on my feet. Not much of a garden this year, but I did have flowers and got my hammock put up.

The weather has still been cold and drizzling with snow flakes from time to time. I have been sick with pneumonia for two weeks, so maybe it’s a good thing I can’t get outside to play. The neighbor did bring me a little bouquet of Snowdrops to cheer my day. The only thing blooming outside right now. There were only a few and they picked them for me. What a special thing..Good neighbors. D.

I have been sick for over two weeks now with pneumonia. The only good thing is the amount of reading time it has given me. I have read four books in two weeks. Not a good way to get it done, but better than nothing. D.
