How I did it: I was looking for a non-profit, non- religious organization to sponsor a child with and I found Children International. I signed up right away! It's not even that much money a month so I figure, why not? Instead of wasting my money on other junk. it is actually going to someone who needs it more than i do, so I'm glad I'm doing this. How I did it: I donated blood for the first time 2 months ago. Afterwards, they mail you a card so that it makes it easier for the next time you decide to go donate blood because all they have to do is scan the card and know who you are so you don't have to fill out all those forms again. How I did it: One on each shoulder blade. Done and done. My friend did it for me for free. Even better! I got the first one on my left shoulder blade. It was not planned; real spur of the moment.
