is helping me remember how the arms and torso move. When I’m not sure how to move my arms for a form, I ask myself which moves make for graceful flow. And then I can figure out the right moves.

Gained 1 lb. Four days ago, it was a loss of 1 lb.

Major changes since October 1st:
- hardly any cycling after a summer full of it
- drinking one cup of soy milk each day after consuming maybe 2 cups each month
- just started using heavier weights once a week

What to do this month:
- cycle when weather permits
- go for longer walks
- eat more veggies



Install the kitchen fan by Nov. 8
What's left is the wiring 2 weeks ago

Better research more to guard against shock!
