How I did it: I went online and researched online and campus universities and studies which would work best for my current and future lifestyle. And, since I move alot b/c of my sales career and being a military wife, an online degree would fit best. Then I decided on my major, which took the longes time b/c I wasn't sure at the time what I wanted to major in. And then I decided to select and got accepted in the Management program!! Iam blessed that I have a semi worthy memoir, or as I should say a hopefully soon to be Memoir, its just that I have not written anything in quite some time to contribute to my book, however last month I did however complete a month certificate program that will help me with the book, so I take that back.

I encourage you, my sweet friend to eat lean foods and take up yoga and pilates to add to your workout and soon you will get great results. I need to fuel my own medicine to get lean and sexy abs too!
